ClientEarth to draw up legal guidance on clean air plans
Environmental law charity ClientEarth is compiling legal guidance for local authorities to apply recent High Court rulings on air quality when drawing up local clean air plans.
Environment Secretary Michael Gove has told MPs that the government’s promised Clean Air Strategy will be published this summer, following the conclusion of local elections across the country in May.
