The UK’s second largest city-proper is stepping up its efforts to raise awareness about the health hazards of a toxic atmosphere with a new film looking at the impact on schools and pupils. 

Research by the Electrical Contractors’ Association (ECA) has found that electric car drivers in the East of England must queue for longer and charge their vehicles at slower speeds than any other part of the country.
