Scottish Government puts up £5m to support compliance in low emission zones
The Scottish Government is providing £5 million to re-open the Low Emission Zone (LEZ) Support Fund for 2023-24, offering cash incentives to have non-compliant vehicles removed from Scotland’s roads.
The High Court has today ruled that the process carried out on the proposal to expand the ULEZ, including the public consultation, was thorough and the decision was completely legally sound.
