North Hertfordshire district council has called for views on its air quality plan for reducing emissions in two areas, five years after an Air Quality Management Area (AQMA) was first established in the district. Â
Work to establish Scotland’s first low emission zone is continuing — with the LEZ expected to be in place by 2018 — according to a progress report on Scotland’s Cleaner Air Strategy, published this month.
